Qualitätsmanagementprozess

Electrical testing
All the pcb needs to be tested before mass production.
Integrating sphere testing
All the lamps use high-lumen LEDs. Before choosing an LED, we usually test the lumen value of the LED.
Water-proof testing
The lamps are professional lighting. They are with high performance and water-proof grade. Water-proof testing is one important testing.
HIgh and low temperature testing
As these professional lighting lamps, the application enviroment is special. High and low temperature reliability is the required testing.
Salt spray testing
These lamps are used in the environment with complex chemical composition. We usually do 72hrs salt spray testing for the stainless steel parts.
